PAYMENT IS UPFRONT
(payment milestones are available for commissions of more than $100, discuss before paying)

-Commissions are done on a queue basis. Only after payment your commission will enter the queue. The queue is only accessible by my commissioners but I will offer you a preview before you commission. If you choose to increase the size of your commission during or before your turn in the queue, it may be subject to a delay. Smaller commissions may travel faster in the queue.

-The complexity of commissions may vary. I will disclose the full payment required before starting the commission. Once paid, you will enter the queue! There will be no hidden charges!

-Please clarify ALL the details of the commission BEFORE the base sketch is deemed complete. Afterwards, any changes may count as a major/minor update and may cost you extra.

-Once the commission is deemed complete, any change will count as an alt version and will be charged for as such.

-I may reserve the right to leave any commission incomplete if I cannot complete it (very rare case). Upon which, you will be refunded the full amount minus Paypal fees, or we can agree upon a mutually agreed deal.

-I reserve all the rights to any and all artwork drawn by me and their files. Including but not limited to: the right to use it as a commercial example, post it, use the base as a YCH, et cetera. A commission may be made anonymous or private upon additional payment agreed to by both parties. If you are unsure if this applies to your commission or not, just ask.

-You may repost/post/change/edit/recolor/reference/ deepfry my art but such works resulting from my work, transformative or not, shall not be used for commercial purposes. You WILL NOT use my art in an AI dataset.

-Whenever you repost/post my art in a public/private platform, please credit with the name TawhoArts.

-If you leave the server/twitter/etc during a commission, it is up to you to provide me a viable alternative to deliver the commission.

-The commissioner is ultimately responsible for the OCs and content of the commission that is drawn. If it infringes upon any copyrights, I hold no liability.

-Raffle wins may travel differently in queue and are usually subject to a long delay. However, I will try my best not to hold any subsequent raffles if previous rewards are pending. [This is subject to my own discretion. I hold any and all rights to modify, reduce, cancel and otherwise alter any raffle prizes.]
Note For Patrons!
Please let me know your monthly commission ideas for each month before the 15th of each month to ensure timely completion! If I feel like there is something I cannot do I will let you know and ask for a different idea! (very rare case)
